I am not a chef but I do really love food. I love to cook. I love to feed people. Several years ago, when I decided to make a change and put my health first, I realized that I needed to get creative with my food choices. Let’s face it, there is just no way I am eating baked chicken and steamed broccoli for dinner… So I started using fresh herbs, spices, and heat to add flavor instead of fats and sugar. I have to tell you – (with the exception of a once in a while mac n’ cheese indulgence) I don’t miss it!
